Now in its 43rd year, Ag Progress Days showcases work done by Penn State faculty, staff and extension educators across the state to help agricultural producers, families, communities and government agencies address economic, environmental, health and quality-of-life issues. With a variety of interactive exhibits and activities, the event also provides a fun and enjoyable educational experience for the whole family.

After an informal presentation, An Introduction to Speleology - The Study of Caves, see Lincoln Caverns & Whisper Rocks by flashlight - just like the earliest explorers! Wingfest Challenge!

Tussey Mountain, 301 Mountain Rd., Boalsburg
The area's best restaurants bring their favorite wing sauces to duke it out in a fight for your vote! The winner of each week moves on to the Finals on September 1st, a true chicken wing battle royale! All held mountainside at the Tussey Mountain Amphitheater, with live, local music and a setting sun and views of Happy Valley that are easy to enjoy... Admission/cover is just $5 (children 12 and under free)! Inside, tickets can be purchased ($1 = 1 ticket) to use to buy wings (1 ticket = 3 wings).

Bellefonte Arts and Crafts Fair

This annual event in historic downtown Bellefonte includes over 100 artists and crafters, family entertainment, children's activities, and good food. Kids can make their own puppets, collages, fans, spinning tops, puzzles, jewelry, and much more!
